There's a "For the Guys" Challenge up at The Paper Variety. I happen to have this layout being worked on this week that fit the challenge YEAH! So, do you notice something? Somthing different about this layout? No? Well, THERE'S NO PATTERN PAPER!!!! None at ALL!!!
That's rare for me :) I LOVE MY PP!
I did some misting and masking on the background and used some grungeboard to cut out those gears and emboss them. Adding some stitching with baker's twine and some Tim Holtz metal gears and Wa-La! Done! I love it!
This is a amazing and stunning LO!!!!I just love evrything in here!!!!!This is my first time in here and I loved.I´m follower now.
ReplyDeleteI wish a wonderful week.

Jackie this is fantastic - I don't even notice the lack of PP because you've worked it so well!
ReplyDeleteThat´s a great layout!! I find it hard to make up some that have this male look to it!! You just worked that theme pretty awesome!! :)
ReplyDeleteVery artsy. Love the misting. I have not gotten brave enough to try that technique yet. LOL Thanks for the inspiration. :)
ReplyDeleteLooks great!!!! Love the twine. Do you mind sharing how you punched the holes for the twine in such perfect circles? I'm in awe and want to scraplift it for something I'm working on.
ReplyDeleteSuper lush layout. Love all the misting and you don't miss the patterned paper (or lack thereof) as plenty going on on the layout. Love it!!
