Every year I take a picture of them all together. Here's a layout of one of the shots. This weeks challenge over at Scrap Tiffany is 2010, year in review. I couldn't think of a way to include that but this is the way I sum up the year. I'm posting this early since my reveal is on Friday I wanted you to have a bit of time to send in your creations if you have one or would like to play along. Just pop them in an email to Tiffany.
Crate paper: paper, chipboard, brads, American Craft Thickers, Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist, Glue Dots®
“I wrote this blog post while participating on the Glue Dots® design team.”
I used my favorite line,Crate Paper and I tried something new (to me anyway). Recently I love to use paint and mist but I wanted to do a splatter effect without a heavy look. So, I took the glimmer mist and opened it up and stuck in my paint brush and splattered away. I really like how it turned out. Just what I was going for :)
You got some good looking kids Jackie! Your layout is beautiful. Love how the lace mimics the movement of waves.
ReplyDeleteit really is a beauty, your L/O and your kids!!
ReplyDeleteHave a very beautiful 2011!!!
Love the misting you've been doing lately. This came out so very pretty too. You know we love your kiddos!
ReplyDeletewhat a great layout! love crate paper!
ReplyDeleteYour splatter effect turned out so well. I want the slightly messy look with mediums but haven't got the guts to try it yet.
