Boy page today :)

I hope eveyone had a wonderful Easter holiday weekend. We were lucky to be able to take a little short trip to Georgia for a few days.  I'm happy to be home again but not looking forward to all the laundry :(

I'm here to share just a couple of layouts I did a few weeks ago.  The first one is a really cute picture of my hubby and son.  I caught this moment and I really love it because it wasn't staged and my husband didn't realize what our son was doing.

All the elements here are from Bo Bunny's Cambridge collection.  I traced a shaped paper to add to the background (brown sheet).  On the photo edges I added paint  to make them stand out a bit.  Lots of punches were used as well as some inks and twine.

This layout is a collection of different MFG's.  The papers are from Glitz and the flowers are Prima.  I added some pearlz to make the dots around the shaped paper and used punches as well.

Thanks for stopping by today :)

  1. Gorgeous pages. Fab idea to use paint. Hope you and your family had a Happy Easter. :)

  2. Jackie, both of these layouts are adorable. I especially like the first one. All the twine and little trinkets add such a manly touch and the painted edge of the photo softens the layout. Kinda tender and masculine at the same time.
